Cheryl Gillette is the President of Competitive Edge Development and designs and facilitates the training programs, as well as provides coaching. Cheryl is a graduate of St Joseph’s College, NY with a B.A. in Human Relations, summa cum laude, and earned a Human Resource Certificate. She is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and has 25+ years of professional experience. She has held several senior leadership roles and was responsible for the creation of a company’s entire Training Department, all content design and delivery. Cheryl has successfully led the organization since its inception in 2010.
Industry experience includes financial services, insurance, engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, real estate, retail, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
